Uzmimo oko 1 kg rascike,dobro je ocistimo i operemo.Usitnimo listove na male rezance,stavimo kuhati u uzavrelu slanu vodu/ako je rastika starija,prolijmo prvu vodu,i ponovno stavimo kuhati/.Kad je omeksala,procjedimo je i zacinimo na slijedeci nacin:Usitnimo pancetu na male kockice,malo je poprzimo/bez dodavanja masnoce/,i prelijemo preko rastike.Ovo je samo jedan od nacina,inace je najuobicajnije kuhati rastiku zimi s suhom bravetinom ili svinjetinom/a moze i divenice/.Voli Vas Silvana!
